The Real Estate Division at Stirling Infrastructure has an investment strategy that focuses on lower-risk, fixed income, inflation-linked returns, as well as on value-add strategies in which investors seek to reposition/upgrade real estate assets. The Real Estate team’s main focus is on commercial and residential real estate in gateway, primary, secondary, and tertiary cities.
We are expanding our organisation as we are experiencing a growth in interest in our services. The firm has ambitions to recruit the best talent to fulfill our expansion objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to help the firm build up this division. Your role is to take leadership and help define a motivated and effective team within the organised structure, professional systems and processes of a reputable investment advisor with comprehensive debt and capital raising capabilities.
This position will commence on a self-employed basis on a revenue-share model that will eventually move on to an employment contract. For this role, you will add to the firm’s established, high-quality relationships with real estate asset managers, developers, and institutional investors. In joining the firm, we will provide you with the support and a framework within our network for you to refine, implement and activate our real estate strategy under your leadership.
