VICE PRESIDENT AND INVESTMENT BOARD MEMBER
Sujith Sudevan is a Vice President at the firm and is based in London. He focuses on raising debt and equity capital on cross border transactions across the sectors in which the firm specialises.
Prior to joining the firm, he held positions at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His interests focus on M&A transactions globally. Sujith has worked on the transactions team advising both private and listed companies on their global strategy and his role involves managing relationships with institutional investors. His expertise also includes working on various regulatory initiatives and business transformation projects across financial services.
Sujith holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Finance from Cass Business School, City University, London.
Adam has placed more than $3 billion of equity and debt financing for infrastructure and real estate property types and executed several hundred million dollars of loan and real asset sales for financial institutions. Prior to his current role, he opened and co-headed the Los Angeles office for the Carlton Group, and was a Vice President at George Smith Partners. Adam holds joint JD and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California and a B.Sc. in Psychobiology from the University of California Los Angeles.
Christian is an experienced M&A infrastructure transactions advisor he has experience across multiple sectors. Previously, he worked for five years at Santander Investment Banking in the Corporate Finance team based in Chile and Spain where he participated in a significant number of independent valuation processes, domestic and international M&A transactions and refinancing activities. Christian holds a professional degree with honours in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica and an MBA from London Business School.
Kenneth has worked in the marine and offshore sector in both Singapore and Aberdeen. He also has significant corporate finance experience in shipping finance. Kenneth is responsible for assessing indirect investment managers in the infrastructure asset class; he has an extensive understanding of the investment process for indirect infrastructure LP’s. Kenneth received a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Queensland and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
David is responsible for managing teams of sector specialist economists and researchers covering the transport and energy subsectors with a focus on real assets within the North American and UK markets. David has a background of operations and management in the infrastructure sector, with over ten years’ experience working in numerous operational roles at several major Canadian port facilities. David is a graduate in Finance from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
Max has a background in Economics, Finance and Accounting. He has worked at Nomura Asset Management and Deloitte. At Stirling Infrastructure, his team analyses the global energy market with a focus on the long term, medium-term, and spot market demand for energy imports. His team’s report also includes analysis of historical data and monitoring new information that may materially affect demand for energy on a country by country basis, and how knock-on effects will affect total demand globally. Max holds a Master of Science from Imperial College London and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Rahul worked in M&A transaction services and Capital Markets at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He later joined a merchant bank in which he was Head of Transactions and Execution Services. He has worked in the infrastructure sector advising on Renewable Energy, Telecoms and Real Estate investments. He has also advised Blue Chip companies on raising equity and debt and has advised on the financial structure of transactions. Rahul has a degree in Engineering as well as a Master’s in Strategy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
Athina advises institutional investors in making allocations into the infrastructure sector. She advises on portfolio optimisation and has analysed the financial characteristics of investing in different infrastructure sectors and how best to construct a portfolio of infrastructure investments. Athina has a PhD in Infrastructure Finance from University College London. She also holds an MSc in Management and Regulation of Risk from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
Tiange manages a team that has responsibilities for monitoring and analysing the global infrastructure market. During her time at Stirling Infrastructure Partners, she has conducted a Strategic M&A Review for a FTSE 100 company. In addition, Tiange is part of the core team for several M&A advisory transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector including Renewable Energy and 5G infrastructure. Prior to this, she worked at RBC Capital Markets within Natural Resources investment banking. Tiange has a Master of Science in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London and also holds a Master of Engineering. Tiange speaks fluent Mandarin and English; she is also proficient in French.
Asia has over twelve years of experience in the finance industry, working at institutions including Goldman Sachs and Standard & Poor’s. She advised a variety of financial institutions and built expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, and credit ratings. Asia obtained her M.Sc. in Finance at the London School of Economics; prior to this, she obtained Bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from University College London and International Relations with Economics from the University of Westminster.
Min Jun Park
Min Jun’s professional experience consists of work at leading law and finance firms internationally. He has worked in Seoul, Hong Kong and London. At Stirling Infrastructure, he conducts economic and legal research. His responsibilities include transactional due diligence and risk reporting on transactions for capitalisation in the infrastructure and real estate sector. Min Jun holds an LLB Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics. He is fluent in both English and Korean.
Chang has experience working in a variety of sectors, including fund management, investment banking and equity research. He has developed skills in financial modelling, due diligence and market analysis in the infrastructure and finance sectors. Chang received his M.A. in Management degree from London Business School; prior to this, he obtained a B.A. in Economics from Peking University, majoring in Finance. Chang speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
Mark is experienced in infrastructure investment banking with a focus on European ports. Prior to joining Stirling Infrastructure, he worked at KPMG — mainly involved in the high-profile liquidation and the portfolio sales team. He has experience in infrastructure feasibility assessment and financial modelling. Mark graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management with an M.Sc. in Finance and Investments; previously, he completed his Bachelor studies in International Business Administration and graduated from high school in Ottawa, Canada. He speaks fluent English, French, and Latvian.
Neil is a chartered structural engineer with 25 years of industry experience. He has overseen the design and construction of many high-value projects and has held senior positions at leading consultancies including, Atkins, Arup and BDP. His expertise includes extensive knowledge of the design and construction process. He has particular experience in the infrastructure sector, including overseeing the design and build processes for both Network Rail and London Underground Limited on a variety of different new build and refurbishment schemes. Neil graduated from Imperial College London with a Master’s in Civil Engineering.
