MODELS OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
We run two independent internship programmes runs throughout the calendar year.
Term Time Internship Program – this offers flexible working hours to suit the candidate to combine with their study during term time.
Vacation Scheme Internship Program – this is a full-time intensive program when the academic season is closed.
CLASSIFICATION OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
Applications are accepted for experience in the following areas:
M&A and Finance Internships
Origination, Risk Assessment, Sector Research, Regulation, Financial Modelling, Macro and Micro-Economic Analysis, Valuation
Core Corporate Function Internships
Accounting Financial Control, Systems Implementation, Compliance, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Computer Programming, Risk Management, Marketing Communications and Human Resources.
Legal Internships
Contract, Compliance, M&A Transactions Services, Real Estate, Company law, Regulatory and Employment
OUR REQUIREMENTS
M&A and Finance Internships
We typically prefer Investment Banking candidates to meet the following profile:
- From a leading internationally-recognised academic institution
- Studying for a first or postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Maths, Accounting, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry; OR
- Studying for the ACA, CFA or an equivalent professional qualification
- Any second language
- With international travel and cultural experience
Core Corporate Function Internships
We typically prefer for candidates that apply for roles in the Core Corporate Functions to meet the following profile:
- From a leading internationally-recognised academic institution
- Studying for a first or postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Studying for any relevant professional qualification
- Any second language
- With international travel and cultural experience
Legal Internships
We typically prefer candidates with the following profile to apply for our legal internship programme:
- To have secured a training contract and seeking commercial work experience in advance of its commencement; OR
- To have completed the LPC or SQE and now seeking professional experience before securing a training contract; OR
- Studying for the LPC or SQE
- Passed their first degree with a classification of 2:1 or above from a leading academic educational establishment.
