What We Do
We have a dedicated LNG function which is committed to M&A and advisory projects exclusively in the LNG asset sector. Our sector expertise is demonstrated through the expansive services offered and our long history of operations.
Our dedicated LNG performs the following core activities:
- Arranging finance for the full natural gas and LNG supply chain
- M&A of upstream, midstream and downstream natural gas and LNG infrastructure companies and assets
- Gas and LNG trading with specialist advice on negotiating and securing medium and long term off-takes
- Asset financing for on-land, marine and floating gas infrastructure
Stirling Infrastructure is an advisor to major utility companies and traders on whose behalf the firm buys high volumes of gas on medium and long-term off-takes. Furthermore, the firm acts as a financer for arranging the debt and equity to finance the development of new natural gas and LNG infrastructure globally. Supporting new and existing infrastructure our operations extend to include both floating and on-land assets.
We advise on risk mitigation, and we provide advice and analysis to clients on how to manage the volatility of gas prices through intelligent portfolio construction. Our clients include government entities, project sponsors, natural gas companies, utility companies, traders and off-takers.
We have trusted relationships with multinational development organisations who offer support to investments in natural gas infrastructure in developing countries. By leveraging these relationships, we add value to transactions, improving their capital raising abilities and therefore assisting in the success of these projects.
