Advanced Technologies

What We Do

Our focus is on both advanced technologies and software companies that demonstrate growth and scale across international markets in the sectors in which Stirling Infrastructure Partners has subject matter expertise and key market relationships with major global strategics and institutional investors. These sectors include: transportation, infrastructure, smart cities, energy and utilities.

Our Strategy

Our primary focus is advising companies from series A to pre-IPO on investment origination, evaluation, capital raising and go-to-market strategy. On a selective basis we will advise companies at the seed stage. Our firm has a multidisciplinary team that provides financial expertise informed by scientific and legal professionals to evaluate emerging technologies and ventures through Stirling Infrastructure’s proprietary assessment methodology. Our team focuses on the following sectors:

  • Smart cities
  • Energy tech
  • Transport tech
  • Water tech
  • Prop tech

We differentiate ourselves by having access to venture arms of listed companies and institutional investors, as well as for protecting the interest of the company we are advising in negotiating and securing the most favourable terms. We are interested in companies that have a profile of creating rapid growth with the prospect of sustainable cash flows. Our diverse, international team can help companies that are scalable into global markets by capitalising, activating, and enabling their strategy.

Capital Raising Services

Our capital-raising process follows clearly defined steps to ensure optimal capital is obtained from the right investors while protecting the interests of our clients across all funding stages (Series A to Pre-IPO).

Phase A: Preparation

Our in-house methodology does a 360-degree, 90-point check to evaluate a company’s technology, business model, growth strategy and financial performance, as part of our due diligence. We perform a detailed analysis covering the scientific readiness of modern technologies, business fundamentals, customer related metrics, market opportunities and regulatory barriers.

Our firm can advise on opportunities for improvement identified during the 90-point diagnostic test, improving the company profile for the capital providers most relevant to our client.

At the end of the preparation phase, we position the company to achieve an optimal valuation for a successful capital raise.

Phase B: Activation

We will build a Capital Raise Action Plan by defining the optimal sources of capital, developing marketing materials, scheduling roadshows with potential investors and establishing detailed timelines. Subsequently, our team will lead the action plan execution from beginning to end, leading negotiations with institutional investors and listed firms, protecting the interest and advising on the most convenient deal for our clients.
